Deputy Manager / Asst Manager

Chola is recruiting a Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager in Fire Safety based in Delhi. Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience conducting fire risk assessments, fire load calculations, and fire safety audits. Requires an engineering degree (Mechanical/Safety & Fire) and relevant certification from NFPA or a recognized institute.

Chola is hiring for the role of Deputy Manager / Asst Manager – Fire Safety in Delhi. The role involves conducting fire and safety audits, fire risk assessments, fire load calculations, and functional evaluations of fire detection, protection, and life safety systems across commercial and industrial facilities. The position requires 4 to 5 years of experience, strong technical document writing skills, leadership abilities, and familiarity with standards including TAC, NBC, NFPA, BIS, and OISD.

1. Conduct fire and safety auditing, fire risk assessments, and fire load calculations for various industries and commercial establishments. 2. Perform functional and adequacy assessments of fire detection, protection, and life safety systems. 3. Conduct fire investigations. 4. Travel as required for audits and project sites. 5. Utilize knowledge of TAC, NBC, NFPA, BIS, and OISD standards for fire protection systems and safety. 6. Write and review technical documents and present information clearly and concisely. 7. Lead project teams independently and motivate/guide team members in fire and safety. 8. Maintain flexibility to support work in process safety. 9. Interface and regularly meet with client and vendor representatives.
