Sodexo is looking for an EHS Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience to manage EHS operations at the Siemens site in Kalwa, Mumbai. The position oversees environmental health and safety compliance for the facility.

Sodexo is seeking a Manager-EHS for the Siemens site located at Kalwa Works, Airoli, Mumbai. The role requires 8 to 10 years of experience in managing environment, health, and safety compliance and operational standards.

1. Implement and enforce site-level Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures, standards, and regulatory policies. 2. Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and job safety analyses to identify hazards and implement control measures. 3. Lead incident and near-miss investigations, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely completion of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 4. Organize safety training sessions, toolbox talks, emergency response drills, and safety awareness programs for site staff and contractors. 5. Ensure full compliance with statutory local safety regulations, environmental laws, and client-specific safety guidelines. 6. Monitor safety compliance, maintain comprehensive EHS documentation, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for management reporting.
