Health and Safety Lead

Jasara PMC is looking for a senior Health and Safety Lead with 15+ years of experience in major construction programs in Saudi Arabia. The position leads daily H&S assurance activities, site inspections, and risk control implementation while reporting safety findings to senior stakeholders.

Jasara PMC is seeking a senior Health and Safety Lead to provide senior health and safety leadership across active construction environments, helping to strengthen assurance practices and promote a consistent culture of safe delivery. In this role, you will work closely with project and site leadership, influence standards across multiple stakeholders, and contribute to the safe execution of major projects.

1. Lead daily health and safety assurance activities across active project sites. 2. Coordinate with project teams to implement risk controls and safe work practices. 3. Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with H&S standards.

1. 15+ years of health and safety management experience on large-scale construction projects. 2. Experience leading health and safety work across major infrastructure, buildings, or multi-site construction programs. 3. Strong knowledge of health and safety assurance, including health and safety audits and inspections. 4. Knowledge of Saudi construction safety requirements, ISO 45001, and major contractor HSE standards. 5. Experience preparing reports and communicating safety findings to senior stakeholders, including project directors, client representatives, and site leadership. 6. Experience with incident investigations is a plus. 7. A relevant health and safety certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent credential is a plus.
