Sodexo is seeking a Senior Executive - HSE for its Bengaluru location. The role requires candidates to have 5 to 7 years of experience and core knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment practices.

1. Industry: Facilities Management / Food & Facilities Services 2. Responsibilities: 3. Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and standards across facility sites. 4. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify and mitigate operational hazards. 5. Lead incident and accident investigations, root cause analyses, and oversee corrective/preventive action implementation. 6. Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, labor safety laws, and statutory HSE standards. 7. Organize and deliver safety training sessions, tool-box talks, and emergency response drills for staff and contractors. 8. Maintain HSE documentation, prepare performance reports, and track key safety metrics for leadership review.

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in HSE. 2. Strong HSE domain knowledge.
