HSE Steward

Vikaki Enterprises is hiring an HSE Steward for a manufacturing plant in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The position requires 2 to 4 years of safety experience, including at least 1 year in manufacturing, plus a safety certification and fluency in English and Tamil. Special FAT allowance is included.

Vikaki Enterprises has an urgent requirement for a Safety Steward / HSE Steward for a manufacturing plant located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The role requires 2 to 4 years of relevant safety experience (minimum 1 year in manufacturing), a relevant degree or diploma, safety certification, and strong communication skills in English and Tamil.

1. Conduct routine factory safety inspections and risk assessments across plant operations. 2. Ensure strict compliance with EHS guidelines, manufacturing safety protocols, and statutory standards. 3. Monitor worker compliance regarding the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 4. Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or near-miss incidents to the safety head and operational management. 5. Support safety training sessions, toolboxes, and safety briefings for floor workers in English and Tamil.

1. BSC, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field 2. Certified with minimum 1 year of any safety course 3. Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in relevant field (minimum 1 year in Manufacturing Industry) 4. Good communication skills in English and Tamil
