Job description
Ensure implementation of the QatarEnergy HSE management system by providing HSE advice and support for all Marine and Logistics department, and ensure that all significant hazards arising from operation, Logistics, and project activities are well identified and controlled to enable QatarEnergy management to achieve strategic HSE objectives.

Education qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science discipline
2. Holder of HSE training certifications from an internationally recognized institution (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO or equivalent)
3. Over 13 years of experience in the HSE field
4. 5 years of experience in marine operations
5. 8 years of hands-on experience in the Oil and Gas (offshore) or Petrochemical industry
6. Ability to write technical reports
7. Leadership, command, and control skills
8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
9. Oral and written communication and negotiation skills
10. Computer program knowledge and usage
