Accordingly we require approval for assignment Budget of property cost (3.5 Lac) for 10 lac CTC in budget as per discussion with Lawoo. Post approval I will raise buffer MRF for 2nd position. 1. Lead and manage HSE activities across the assigned facility/site. 2. Implement Sodexo's Health, Safety & Environment policies, procedures and standards. 3. Ensure compliance with applicable HSE statutory and regulatory requirements. 4. Conduct HSE inspections, audits and safety compliance assessments. 5. Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments / Job Safety Analysis (JSA). 6. Develop and implement appropriate risk-control and mitigation measures. 7. Monitor and improve HSE performance and safety KPIs. 8. Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions. 9. Implement and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). 10. Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, training and awareness programs. 11. Ensure contractor HSE compliance and monitor contractor safety performance. 12. Manage emergency preparedness, fire safety and emergency response drills. 13. Ensure proper HSE documentation, records, reports and statutory registers. 14. Prepare regular HSE reports and management dashboards. 15. Promote a strong Zero Harm / safety culture among employees and contractors. 16. Coordinate with Facilities, Engineering, Operations, Security and client teams on HSE matters.
