Sodexo is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager - HSE based in Bangalore, Karnataka. The role requires candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).

1. Assistant Manager – HSE: Roles & Responsibilities 2. The role would typically cover: 3. Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and standards at the client/workplace site. 4. Conduct HSE inspections, audits and compliance checks. 5. Identify workplace hazards and carry out risk assessments / JSA. 6. Monitor compliance with applicable health, safety and environmental legislation. 7. Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions. 8. Drive incident prevention and Zero Harm initiatives. 9. Conduct HSE training, toolbox talks and safety awareness programs. 10. Monitor contractors and service providers for HSE compliance. 11. Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, incident reports and compliance registers. 12. Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety and emergency response drills. 13. Track corrective/preventive actions and ensure timely closure. 14. Support environmental management, waste management and sustainability initiatives. 15. Prepare HSE reports, dashboards and performance metrics for management/client review. 16. Work with operations and facility teams to ensure safe working practices. 17.
