1. Lead and oversee occupational health and safety (OHS) frameworks across facility construction, civil expansion, and infrastructure projects. 2. Implement, maintain, and drive compliance with OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 safety management standards across project execution sites. 3. Conduct comprehensive job safety analyses (JSA), hazard identifications, and risk assessments to establish proactive preventive measures. 4. Supervise site operations to ensure strict adherence to construction safety protocols, working at heights regulations, electrical safety, and PPE compliance. 5. Audit and monitor third-party contractors and vendor teams for compliance with statutory labor health regulations and site safety rules. 6. Establish incident investigation procedures for near-misses or accidents, ensuring accurate root-cause analysis and implementing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans. 7. Deliver safety inductions, regular toolbox talks, and site-wide safety training programs to workers and site managers. 8. Coordinate with project management, civil engineering, and facility teams to ensure safety protocols are integrated directly into project timelines and workflows.
