Job description

About the Role We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer with proven experience working on NMDC projects and ADNOC-approved projects in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE requirements, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, client standards, and project-specific HSE procedures. Key Responsibilities - Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and project requirements at site. - Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. - Ensure compliance with ADOSH-SF, ADNOC HSE requirements, and applicable UAE legislation. - Review and monitor Risk Assessments, Method Statements, JSA, PTW, and other HSE documentation. - Conduct toolbox talks, HSE inductions, safety briefings, and awareness training. - Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions. - Monitor subcontractors and site personnel to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. - Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, and other required documentation. - Participate in HSE audits, emergency drills, and client/authority inspections. - Promote a strong safety culture and exercise Stop Work Authority where required.

Education qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of UAE HSE experience in construction, marine, infrastructure, oil & gas, or related projects. 2. Proven NMDC project experience is mandatory. 3. ADNOC approval is mandatory. 4. Valid ADOSH-SF / OSHAD certification. 5. NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification. 6. Additional HSE certifications such as IOSH / ISO 45001 will be an advantage. 7. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and client HSE requirements. 8. Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory. 9. Own vehicle is mandatory. 10. Good communication, reporting, coordination, and interpersonal skills. 11. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
