EHS Engineer

L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions is hiring an EHS Engineer with 3-5 years of experience for its Hazira Manufacturing Complex. Candidates must hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety (PGDIS). The role involves implementing factory safety programs, risk assessments, safety audits, site inspections, and delivering EHS training.

L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions is seeking an EHS Engineer for its Hazira Manufacturing Complex. The successful candidate will work closely with the Factory EHS In-charge to implement safety initiatives, conduct site inspections, coordinate safety audits, and deliver safety training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Work with Factory EHS In-charge to implement safety initiatives 2. Conduct regular site inspection and monitoring of various factory activities 3. Coordinate internal and external safety audits/inspections 4. Coordinate with EHS team to implement EHS programs/initiatives in factory 5. Coordinate with Contractors Safety Marshals to implement safety programs 6. Assist on timely preparation and analysis of compilation of safety reports/statistics 7. Identify key safety risks in operations and carry out risk assessments for factory activities 8. Identify and coordinate with different site departments for safety related compliances 9. Carry out safety training and induction for staff/contractors Requirements: - Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety (PGDIS) - 3 to 5 years of experience - Good knowledge of statutory safety regulations, GFR, JSA/HIRA, accident investigation, safety audits, and EHS reporting.

Skills to carry out Accident Investigation, Safety Audits, and Inspections 5. Skills for preparing timely EHS reports 6. Skills for imparting safety training and inductions
