1. Sustainability Strategy & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental and sustainability management plans tailored to architectural, building, and infrastructure projects to align with regional standards (e.g., Saudi Vision 2030, Mostadam, LEED, or GSAS). 2. Sustainable Design Integration: Collaborating with architectural, engineering, and project management teams to incorporate sustainable design principles, energy-efficient solutions, and eco-friendly materials throughout project lifecycles. 3. Environmental Impact & Auditing: Assessing project environmental risks, monitoring carbon footprints, tracking resource consumption (water, waste, energy), and conducting regular sustainability audits on-site. 4. Stakeholder & Regulatory Liaison: Serving as the key focal point for environmental regulatory bodies, clients, and consultants regarding sustainability compliance, reporting, and certifications. 5. Green Building Certifications: Managing the documentation and submission process required to achieve green building assessments and certifications for completed projects. 6. Training & Advisory: Educating site teams, contractors, and staff on sustainable construction techniques, waste reduction, and environmental protection protocols.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Design, Sustainable Development, and/or architectural engineering with a sustainability specialty. 2. Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work history in the construction industry in the Middle East region.
