Executive -EHS

Silox India Pvt Ltd is seeking an EHS Executive with 5-7 years of experience for its Ekalbara plant. The role is responsible for conducting safety audits, monitoring work permit systems, supporting training and emergency drills, and driving EHS compliance across manufacturing operations.

The EHS Executive supports the implementation and monitoring of safety programs, conducts regular inspections, maintains safety records, and ensures compliance with EHS standards across manufacturing sites under the guidance of the Dy. General Manager - Safety. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Support implementation of safety training programs and emergency preparedness drills across sites. - Maintain safety records, documentation and prepare reports for management review. - Monitor safety work permit systems and support incident investigation activities. - Coordinate with operations teams to implement corrective actions and safety improvements. - Support internal/external safety audits, mock drills, emergency response, and hazardous waste handling.

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in EHS/safety operations in the manufacturing or chemical industry. 2. Knowledge of hazardous waste handling and safety work permit systems. 3. Basic understanding of manufacturing process hazards and emergency management.
