HSE Engineer

Albadr is seeking an HSE Engineer for a civil construction role in Abu Dhabi. The position requires an Engineering degree, NEBOSH certification, and at least 9 years of relevant experience, including mandatory ADNOC Offshore project exposure.

1. Develop, implement, and enforce project-specific Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans. 2. Conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and regular site audits to ensure full compliance with NEBOSH and ADNOC offshore safety regulations. 3. Lead incident investigations, emergency response planning, and safety training programs.
