Job description

This EHS/OHS position will be responsible to maintain and ensure compliance and tracking of sustainability practices, workplace safety procedures, waste handling, and maintaining hygiene and safety of Commercial Properties in India. The position will also be required to inspect hygiene of the food courts and work with food court vendors to ensure compliance. Job Responsibilities: - Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of data in relation to ESG (environmental, social, governance), Sustainability, Safety and Hygiene. - Prepare presentation materials and reports that enable decision-making and support ESG and marketing initiatives for the Business Unit. - Support the rollout of ESG initiatives from Group level, working closely with Group Sustainability, and cascading information to all Commercial properties in India for alignment. - Manage climate risk assessment process and reporting. Job Requirements: - MBA or Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science - 6 to 8 years of experience in handling ESG / EHS within the Commercial office space. - Good quantitative skills and experience/passion in real estate preferred. - Technically proficient in database development, data models, data mining, data visualisation. - Familiarity with real estate related ESG concepts. - Resourceful, independent and innovative. - Excellent teamwork with strong presentation and communication skills.

Education qualifications
