HSE Officer (UAE National)

Parsons is hiring a UAE National HSE Officer to support construction and project teams across Dubai and Sharjah. The position focuses on monitoring site safety compliance with OSHAD regulations, delivering safety inductions, and assisting with incident reporting and hazard resolution. Fresh graduates holding a diploma, degree, or high school certificate along with NEBOSH or equivalent HSE training are eligible to apply.

Parsons is looking for an HSE Officer (UAE National) to join the team in Dubai and Sharjah, UAE. In this role, you will provide HSE support and guidance to construction and project teams, ensure site activities comply with government regulations and OSHAD standards, conduct safety inductions, assist in incident investigations, and promote a Zero Accidents culture on site.

1. Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices and compliance with government regulations, OSHAD, and company HSE policies. 2. Support construction and project teams with HSE guidance, inspections, safety walk-downs, and participation in HSE meetings and campaigns. 3. Conduct HSE inductions and safety awareness sessions for workers and visitors. 4. Assist in incident/near-miss investigations, reporting hazards, and coordinating corrective actions with contractors and the HSE team. 5. Promote a “Zero Accidents” culture by identifying unsafe conditions, recommending practical solutions, and recognizing good HSE performance.
